That way, when you go to do your next autotune session, it'll build the temporary map all over again. The moral of the story is always disable autotune mode when you're done autotuning. Presto, you're in autotune mode without the special temporary map loaded, and you'll get this error. However, there's absolutely nothing stopping you from going back out to the Load Tune menu and flashing a map in the standard manner while autotune mode is still enabled. When you enable autotune mode, it'll build and flash this temporary map. You need to be in closed loop mode for the narrow band autotune to work properly.
This temporary map has, among other things, the entire AFR table forced to closed loop mode. When you're autotuning, it's important that a specially prepared temporary map gets flashed into the ECM. I noticed in their new autotune video they got it right. In fact, in the original Powervision autotune tutorial video, they set up this exact same scenario, anyone following that video literally will likely end up with this exact same error. That can happen if you're not careful with the order you do things.
